TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear Guest,
below you find some information that allows you to receive a timely and quality service during your stay at Anfitrite B&B. This small Regulation is necessary to avoid misunderstandings or disputes with the Guests, it represents a quality and professionalism mark and, more importantly, a guarantee to protect mutual relationships.
BOOKING
To book, you must fill out the "booking request" form or send a request for availability on what’s app or contact us by phone at no. 3495136308.
PAYMENT
At the time of booking a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay must be credited to our Postepay, bank account or revolut. The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of these amounts.
TOURIST TAX
Il comune di Tropea applica una tassa di soggiorno di € 2,00 al giorno per persona, esclusi i bimbi e i ragazzi fino al compimento del 12° anno di età. Tale tassa è da versare alla struttura in contanti.
TRANSFER
Free to/ from the station of Tropea. With shuttle fee to/ from the airport or station of Lamezia Terme and Reggio Calabria. At a fee from/to the station of Vibo Valentia-Pizzo.
ARRIVAL
Al vostro arrivo nel B&B, viene richiesto il saldo del soggiorno(in contanti), che non sarà restituito in caso di partenza anticipata, e un documento di riconoscimento in corso di validità per ciascun ospite cosa necessaria per le registrazioni previste dalla normativa vigente. L’orario di arrivo al B&B nel giorno della prenotazione è fissato tra le ore 15:00 e le ore 19:30. Nel caso di orari di arrivo diversi, è indispensabile un’intesa preventiva.
PULIZIA, RIASSETTO E CAMBIO BIANCHERIA
Durante il soggiorno la pulizia ed il riassetto della camera e del bagno sono effettuati solo al mattino, dalle ore 10:30 e non oltre le ore 10:45. Se i locali sono occupati in questi orari, la pulizia verrà effettuata il giorno seguente.
Il cambio biancheria viene effettuato ogni 3 giorni. La fornitura giornaliera di biancheria extra ha un costo supplementare di euro 5.
STAYING
Inside the B&B, at any time, behaviors, activities, games and of equipment that disturb other guests must be avoided. Total silence must be observed from 10.30 pm to 8.00 am and from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. In any case, must be maintained a behavior that at no time of day and in no way disturbs the quiet of the other guests.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN ALL BED & BREAKFAST ROOMS
Out of respect for all guests, for the cleanliness of the rooms and for the safety of all, please do not smoke in the rooms, bathrooms and common indoor areas. Outside, guests are kindly invited to use the ashtrays present and not to throw cigarettes from the balcony. The respect and sensitivity of everyone contributes significantly to the well-being of all.
DEPARTURE
Le camere devono essere liberate, con la riconsegna del badge ed il saldo di eventuali extra, entro le ore 10:30 della data di partenza, salvo accordi particolari da prendere al momento della prenotazione. Si possono, tuttavia, ricoverare per il resto della giornata i bagagli in locale chiuso gratuitamente e soggiornare nei locali comuni.
NOTES:
Eventuali danni a mobili o suppellettili vanno immediatamente segnalati al titolare che provvederà a farli riparare nel più breve tempo possibile. I guasti e gli ammanchi causati dal cliente verranno addebitati allo stesso. La struttura non è abilitata ad accogliere persone diversamente abili. Non disponiamo di posti letto supplementari. Per i bambini fino a 2 anni, è possibile aggiungere, su richiesta, una culla al costo di 5€ a notte. Non sono ammessi animali domestici.
